Description
I started caring very early on as I did my mother's paliative care.
I've worked with a number of conditions such as Dementia both mild and severe, cancer, end of life, parkinsons, brain injury, stroke, mobility issues, depression and anxiety, and physical rehabilitation.
I've been doing live-in care work for the past 3 years, and working with such a diverese group of people has taught me a lot about what it means to be human.
Every person is singular in their own ways, and I enjoy discovering what makes someone who they are from the way they take their tea, to how they enjoy spending their time.
I love both cooking and baking. Although I'm vegetarian, I'm ok with cooking meat. I enjoy spending time outdoors and gardening. Being around pets brings me a lot of joy.
I don't smoke, but I'm not opposed to working with people who do.
